A leading entertainment company in Milton Keynes seeks a Coordinator for Production Operations. This role involves coordinating various production tasks, managing invoicing and payroll, and assisting in project management. This position may require working outside standard hours and involves occasional travel.

Reports To: Director, Project Management
Working Hours: Typical office hours are 09:30 to 17:30, Monday – Friday (UK time zone)
Place of Work: UK HQ, Mill Court, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK12 5EU
Other: Fixed Term Contract
The Coordinator, Production Operations role is responsible for the administrative duties of the Land Production department, U.K and will support the Project Managers and Directors across all land-based projects. There may be occasions where there is a requirement to oversee and/or Project Manage some of the Land based contracts. The Coordinator, Production Operations will also play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of client orders, from procurement to delivery. This individual will work closely with various divisions and teams including Procurement, Wardrobe, Props, Music & Media, Creative and Project Managers to support, coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the order fulfilment process.
