My client is a neutral rental company located in High Wycombe that provides lighting equipment to professional rental companies within the entertainment industry on a 'dry hire only' basis. The company's equipment portfolio includes a wide range of professional products from leading manufacturers such as Clay Paky, Robe, Martin, GLP, and many more.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment. The role will be located in High Wycombe.

• Maintenance & Repair skills
• Troubleshooting and Field Service skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in maintenance
• Ability to work independently
• Electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Understanding of professional entertainment lighting equipment is desirable
• Relevant qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is desirable

If you have experience and understanding of RMA service, warranty repairs, returns, then you would be great for this role.

If you have worked for companies such as Niclen, Nexus, CEG, Neg Earth, Colour Sound, TSL, or MBS Lighting, Warner Bros, then this experience would be beneficial.
