As a Booking Manager at ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON, you will be at the forefront of our talent representation, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing performance opportunities for the exceptional artists and DJs we represent. You will play a pivotal role in expanding ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON's presence within the dynamic nightlife, festival, and event industries, ensuring our talent consistently thrives and develops their careers. This is a high-energy role that demands strong industry relationships, sharp negotiation skills, and a profound understanding of music, culture, and branding.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Booking & Placement:
  • Secure diverse performance opportunities for ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON artists and DJs across clubs, festivals, private events, and international engagements.
  • Maintain a robust and active calendar of bookings and events for our roster.
  • Proactively identify and develop new markets and expansion opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison, fostering strong relationships between our talent and event organizers/promoters.
  • Cultivate and maintain excellent connections with venues, promoters, agencies, and event producers globally.
  • Master booking negotiations, meticulously handling contract terms and all logistical details.
Roster Development:
  • Contribute to shaping and curating the ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON roster by identifying and attracting talent aligned with our brand's artistic direction.
  • Develop tailored growth strategies for artists, including strategic bookings designed to elevate their profiles and careers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and CMO to ensure all bookings are strategically aligned with our overarching brand vision.
Logistics & Coordination:
  • Oversee and meticulously coordinate all travel, hospitality, and performance logistics for booked talent.
  • Ensure all booking terms are honored and executed flawlessly, including managing technical riders and specific requirements.
Promotion & Brand Alignment:
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to ensure booked events receive maximum promotion across all relevant platforms.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all bookings align seamlessly with ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON’s core values, culture, and brand image.
Database & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all booking activity, generated income, and performance feedback.
  • Provide regular, insightful updates on booking trends and identify new opportunities for growth and revenue.
Flexible Tasking

At ITCHYCOO RECORDS LONDON, we value flexibility. You may be requested to assist with other event or talent-related tasks. You retain the freedom to accept or decline these additional roles, and your decision will not impact your performance review.

Collaboration with Key Stakeholder

As Booking Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CMO and Creative Director to ensure bookings strategically advance artist development and branding goals. You will also liaise regularly with the COO and CEO, reporting on performance and contributing to strategic operational improvements.

Compensation & Structure
Performance-Based Compensation Only:
  • Base salary 2. 000€ for this position.
  • All compensation is directly tied to the revenue generated through your bookings.
  • Commissions are paid monthly, based on cleared payments from bookings.
  • The more high-value bookings and events you secure, the greater your income potential.
