At Balfour Beatty, we're powering a sustainable future-and we're looking for an experienced Information Manager to lead the development and governance of our information systems and common data environments within the Regional Scotland Energy team. What you'll be doing

As an Information Manager at Balfour Beatty you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of Information Management Plans (IMP)
• Oversee Common Data Environments (CDE) like BIM 360 Docs, SharePoint, and client systems
• Coordinate and support MIDP and TIDP development with task teams
• Enable and assure reliable, compliant information exchange processes
• Support digital development initiatives including Power BI and Morta
• Train teams and drive the successful rollout of CDE tools across the business
• Foster a collaborative, data-driven project culture in line with industry best practices

Who we're looking for

You're an experienced IM professional with:

• Proven experience managing information across the full project lifecycle
• Strong working knowledge of BIM protocols, naming conventions, and workflows
• Hands-on experience with CDEs-particularly BIM 360 Docs
• A background in engineering or construction-related projects
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience creating and delivering training content
• A drive for innovation and digital transformation in project delivery
