About the Role
Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to develop and foster relationships with key energy customers and stakeholders. If so, ESPO is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to sit within the Energy category team and increase the business opportunities for all aspects the team\'s framework portfolio.
About You
- Proven account management experience, including relationship building, developing and managing a network of contacts
- Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at all levels, using written and verbal means, including making presentations
- Ability to develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies
- Strong skills in using systems for data collection and interpretation
- An understanding of the public sector landscape, including how frameworks are used, is deemed desirable for this role, but not mandatory
