• Ensure all work is compliant with legal frameworks and organisational policies.

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
• Maintain a current registration with Social Work England.
• Demonstrate recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
• Bring significant frontline experience in Children’s Services, showcasing your capacity to lead effectively.
