We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Greggs bakery! As a Retail Team Leader, you will manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager, serving as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on team engagement, food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
