📍 Location: Swindon
🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
💷 Pay: Up to £19 per hour

We are recruiting an experienced Multi‑Skilled Tradesperson to carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and reactive repairs across social housing properties in Swindon. This is a hands‑on role suited to a reliable, well‑rounded multi‑trader who can turn their hand to a variety of trades while working in occupied homes.
Carry out a wide range of responsive and planned maintenance works within social housing properties.
- Basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets, sinks)
- Carpentry (doors, locks, skirting, kitchen units)
- Plastering & patch repairs
- Painting & decorating
- Tiling & minor flooring repairs
- Basic electrical work (non‑certifiable tasks)
Complete jobs to a high standard, first‑time fix where possible.
Work professionally in tenants' homes with a strong customer‑focused approach.
Follow health & safety procedures and company policies at all times.
Accurately record works completed and materials used.
- Proven experience as a Multi‑Trader / Multi‑Skilled Trades person.
- Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is preferred.
- Confident working across multiple trades (not just one main skill).
- Able to work independently and manage daily workloads.
- Good communication skills and a respectful approach when dealing with tenants.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Own van and full set of tools required.
- Competitive pay up to £19.00 per hour.
- Stable Monday‑Friday work (no weekend pressure).
- Ongoing work within a reputable social housing contract.
