A healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Band 3 Maintenance Assistant to support the Estates Maintenance Team. The role includes performing reactive and planned maintenance tasks, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance, strong safety adherence skills, and a commitment to sustainability initiatives. We are seeking a Band 3 Maintenance Assistant
£24,465 - £26,598 per annum, full time 37.5 hours per week.
The Maintenance Assistant supports the Estates Maintenance Team with carrying out planned and unplanned works to Trust premises with the aim of ensuring that all building structures, fabric and finishes are maintained to a high standard.
