A company specializing in disability equipment is seeking a skilled Installation Engineer for a field-based role in the UK. You will be responsible for installing wash and dry disability toilets, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining accurate records. The role offers full-time, permanent or subcontract options, with training provided and travel expenses covered. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel are essential.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Engineer to join our team, specialising in the installation of wash and dry disability toilets and associated equipment. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UK, with a maximum of two installations per day.
- Install specialist disability toilets and associated equipment to a high standard.
- Travel nationwide to complete installations (accommodation provided when required).
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and report any issues.
- Attend training courses to enhance product and technical knowledge (fully funded by employer).
- Some form of electrical qualification but not essential
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (multi-skilled).
- Own tools and a reliable van.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
- Comfortable working in environments involving individuals with severe disabilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Full-time - Permanent or Subcontract to suit you
- Circa £1500 a week
- Monday – Friday
- Hotels and travel expenses covered
- All materials provided
- Ongoing work with a long-standing installation contract (18+ years)
