Job description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installation Engineer to join our team, specialising in the installation of wash and dry disability toilets and associated equipment. This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UK, with a maximum of two installations per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install specialist disability toilets and associated equipment to a high standard.
  • Travel nationwide to complete installations (accommodation provided when required).
  • Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations and report any issues.
  • Attend training courses to enhance product and technical knowledge (fully funded by employer).
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications
  • Some form of electrical qualification but not essential
  • Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (multi-skilled).
  • Own tools and a reliable van.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • Ability to pass a DBS check.
  • Comfortable working in environments involving individuals with severe disabilities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
