Job summary
A reputable FM service provider is seeking a skilled building services maintenance technician for a day shift position in Cambridge. The role involves executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handling reactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical services. Candidates should possess a C&G/NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering, with experience in commercial maintenance being essential. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on critical infrastructure upkeep within a supportive team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance is essential.
- Must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Desirable: 17th/18th edition and C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection.
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines.
- Provide efficient response to reactive maintenance tasks.
- Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on electrical systems.
