The role involves executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and handling reactive maintenance for electrical and mechanical services. Candidates should possess a C&G/NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering, with experience in commercial maintenance being essential. Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance is essential.
• Must have C&G / NVQ Level 3 in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Desirable: 17th/18th edition and C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines.
• Provide efficient response to reactive maintenance tasks.
• Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on electrical systems.

Skills
