- Supporting the class teacher with day‑to‑day classroom activities
- Assisting with small‑group and one‑to‑one learning
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Providing support to pupils with additional needs as required
- Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding the wellbeing of all students
- Experience working with children (school, childcare, tutoring, youth work, or similar)
- A valid child and adult DBS registered on the update service
- Punctual, reliable, and professional
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop your skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
