Job Title: Teaching Assistant – Harrow

Location: Harrow, London

Contract Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Long-Term

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students across secondary schools in Harrow. The role involves working closely with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

• Support pupils with their learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide additional support to students with SEN where required
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
• An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
