An education recruitment agency is seeking a SEN Secondary Teacher in Redbridge to provide tailored support for pupils with ASC, SEMH, and complex learning needs. The role involves delivering engaging lessons, creating calm classroom environments, and working alongside therapists and support staff. The ideal candidate should hold QTS and have experience in SEN settings. Competitive PAYE pay, ongoing training, and excellent classroom support are offered.
Location: Redbridge Long Term – Full Time PAYE only
This is a role for a SEN Secondary Teacher who understands that progress doesn’t always look linear, and that relationships come before results.
We are looking for a confident, adaptable teacher to support pupils with ASC, SEMH and complex learning needs. You’ll be teaching smaller classes, with strong TA support and leadership that genuinely backs their staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
