- Planning, implementing and evaluating evidence-based nursing care for patients and their carers.

- Participating in IDT discussions that inform the management plan for patients.
- Work closely with a wide and varied team of health care professionals.
Hold an up to date NMC registration. - Be competent across a range of nursing skills supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
- Show a passion for working with and supporting the needs of adults with a life-limiting condition, with a real commitment to delivering the highest level of care at all times.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
