Qualifications

• Franchised dealership experience is a minimum expectation.
• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician is essential.
• Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial.

About The Role

Sytner BMW Wolverhampton is looking for a SMART Repair Technician to join our talented team. You will be responsible for carrying out S.M.A.R.T repairs on vehicles and ensuring a high standard of quality within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Refurbishing painted alloy wheels
• Refurbishing and renovating used cars ready for resale
• Repairing scratches, scuffs and dents
• Windscreen abrasions and chip repair
• General interior refurbishment
• Other similar duties as required

Qualifications

• Level 3, industry‑recognised qualification
• Franchised dealership experience (minimum exposure)
• Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician (essential)
• Experience in a similar bodyshop environment is beneficial
• Passion for delivering the highest standard of repair, with strong attention to detail
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills
