About the Role

Love Luxury is producing a new high‑end reality series, The Abrahams, centred around family dynamics, luxury lifestyle, and business. We are recruiting an experienced Reality TV Scriptwriter / Story Producer with a background in major US‑style reality shows. The ideal candidate will have worked on programmes such as The Kardashians, The Osbournes, Real Housewives, Bling Empire, Selling Sunset, or similar docu‑soap formats.

This role requires an individual who can take real life and shape it into structured, compelling story arcs while maintaining authenticity and pace.

This exciting opportunity will require travel to Dubai potentially every month, depending on business needs, so the candidate must feel comfortable with travelling and working abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop episode structures, treatments, and story beats.
• Build character‑driven arcs around family, lifestyle, and business.
• Provide structured scripts and story packages on a consistent schedule.
• Collaborate closely with founders to define tone, direction, and narrative flow.
• Interpret real footage and planned scenes into coherent episodes.
• Maintain continuity across episodes and series‑long storylines.
