Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator
Salary range: £25,510 - £28,316 per annum
Location: Hybrid and West/ North Yorkshire
Full Time, Permanent
We are excited to offer this newly created role within the Wellspring Academy Trust for our brand new cross regional recruitment team. The Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the operation and success of the new team.
Job role: We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our cross regional team to search and source for the best talent, work on continuous improvement strategies and maintain incredible stakeholder relationships. We are currently going through an exciting period of growth and we require someone who is used to recruiting to niche and specialist roles and using their own initiative to attract talent in new and interesting ways.
What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively search for and pool talent for senior and specialist, live and future vacancies
  • Work as a team to reduce agency spending and raise brand awareness in key markets
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to complement other direct sourcing methods and develop talent pools for key future vacancies
  • Review continuous improvement projects and share ideas
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, being on hand to assist when needed
  • Uphold the Trust's commitment to safeguarding the children and young people in our care by championing our safer recruitment standards
  • Promote EDI in your role and maintain continuous education on best practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Continuous improvement experience
  • Previous experience in taking recruitment manager briefs on key roles
  • Proven experience in searching for candidates using a variety of platforms and qualifying candidates before presenting them to stakeholders
  • The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • A firm understanding of advertising content and methods, and the ability to generate further ideas and trial them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recruitment / Resourcer or admin experience in education advantageous
  • Working in a hybrid role, flexibility is key to cover the needs of our schools and fulfil the role

Wellspring Academy Trust was established in 2013. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community of 33 schools. Our schools are unique and united in aim – to make a difference.
