Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator (Concrete) – Poole, England

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Early Finish Friday

• Oversight of all contracts within your team, ensuring their success
• Managing invoices and purchase orders
• Handling monthly work valuations
• Assisting in the procurement of goods and services
• Managing commercial disputes and/or queries
• Supporting the Commercial Manager; attending customer meetings/site visits as required

• Previous experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator role or similar
• Background within the Construction/Groundworks industry
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Full, valid UK driving licence

• The Role: Oversight of all contracts within your team; Managing invoices and purchase orders; Supporting the Commercial Manager
• The Person: Experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Co-ordinator role or similar; Construction/Groundworks background; AutoCAD experience
