Diligent is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and execute our go‑to‑market strategy within the Risk & Audit domain. This role requires a commercially astute leader with deep technical understanding of the Risk & Audit landscape who can engage credibly with senior stakeholders and guide teams to position Diligent’s solutions with authority. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director will oversee a regional sales team while also carrying an individual target. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on sales execution, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth across new business and expansion opportunities.
Headquartered in New York, Diligent has offices in Washington D.C., London, Galway, Budapest, Vancouver, Bengaluru, Munich, Singapore, and Sydney. This role will follow a hybrid work model. If you are within a commuting distance to one of our Diligent office locations, you will be expected to work onsite at least 50% of the time.
