Blue Legal is working closely with a London-based law firm, known for their work in the Private Client and Tech sectors, to recruit a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their team. The firm seeks someone to drive the business development and marketing strategy, working closely with the Head of Business Development & Marketing and Partners.

Responsibilities:

• Attend practice meetings and advise on initiatives during the idea stage.
• Support practice and sector groups in delivering initiatives.
• Coordinate the pitch process with the lead partner, including drafting, editing content, and advising on content.
• Collaborate with the BD Director on firmwide initiatives.
• Manage the firm’s CRM system, Interaction, including reports and data audits.
• Develop marketing collateral, including capability statements, presentations, and client communications.
• Assist with the development of seminar and conference programs and firm-wide events.
• Oversee the growth of the firm’s social media channels, including planning, content management, and increasing followers.
• Work closely with the Communications Manager on website-related topics.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years’ marketing and events experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience within a legal or professional services firm.
• Proven track record in client care, business development, and marketing skills.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
