As an Outside Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to determine their pump, valve, and instrumentation needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Proven experience in retaining customers, developing new business, building repeat sales, and managing a territory.
  2. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
  3. Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in managing your sales territory.
  4. Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and generate relevant sales and market reports periodically.
  5. Assist in setting sales target goals and marketing strategies.

Position Requirements:
  • Proven outside sales experience within the industrial marketplace.
  • Valve-instrumentation-flow control knowledge is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in sales tactics with a desire to close sales.
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office; SAP/ERP/P-21 is a plus.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; degree substitution possible.
