Are you an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive looking for a new exciting role? This is an amazing and potentially life-changing opportunity within an industry leader. You’re guaranteed £60,000 in your first year and OTE of £110,000, with top earners up to £150,000+ and a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car, which currently includes Teslas or other exciting electric/hybrid cars.

This is an excellent opportunity within a truly sales-led organization that has grown significantly and is looking to bring on talented individuals with a hunger for success to contribute to that growth.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Self-generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business activities.
- Attending and closing your own sales appointments.
- Generating and attending meetings with potential introducers and referral partners.
- Achieving quarterly sales targets.
- Building, managing, and maintaining your sales pipeline accurately.
- Working in a fast-paced, target-focused, high-energy, and high-reward environment.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience selling solutions in a B2B environment (industry experience not required).
- Confidence in value-based and consultative selling.
- Ability to sell to diverse audiences, including business owners, board members, and HR managers.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of weekly meetings.
- Previous field-based experience.
