The Training & Development team are seeking a Health and Social Care Course Writer and Trainer to support the expansion of Prospero Learning's popular online learning platform. Following its success in the education sector, Prospero Learning will be expanding its reach into the Health and Social Care sector.
Banquo is a Health and Social Care Provider registered with CQC to support individuals of all ages with a range of disabilities from mild to complex. The ideal candidate will have experience in working and delivering training within a regulated care environment.
The role will be varied and require the successful candidate to be able to work flexibly and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities for the role include:
The role is likely to initially be focussed on course writing for an extended period. Once the online course offer is accredited and published, the role will transform to delivering both virtual and face‑to‑face training.
All members of the team also support wider departmental functions and work across the business.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday with regular nationwide travel required to support in‑person facilitation as required.
