We're representing an established and growing firm within the commercial property sector, seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that generate new business, strengthen market presence, and drive growth. This role is perfect for a confident networker with strong relationship‑building skills and a deep understanding of the property and workplace industry. You'll engage with Tenants, Project Managers, Commercial Agents, Asset Managers, and Landlords, developing meaningful connections that convert into opportunities and long‑term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain key relationships across the property and design network.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business leads.
  • Research and maintain detailed CRM insights on target clients, ensuring a high-quality pipeline.
  • Monitor and guide database activity to support lead progression and conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create tailored prospect materials.
