A leading food manufacturer is seeking a Senior Product Developer to manage the NPD lifecycle from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of NPD experience, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. This role also involves innovation leadership and collaboration across teams. The position offers a salary of £38,000 - £43,000, with hybrid working considered and a Healthcare Plan included.

The purpose of your role will be to support the NPD team by working closely with the NPD Manager and Product Developers in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and managing customer relationships.
The Senior Product Developer job (ref:8975) is paying £38,000 - £43,000 according to your experience.
Hybrid working is considered 1-2 days per week, and the candidate must be able to drive due to the sites location. The working hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm.
The package includes a Healthcare Plan.
The site is in Essex and is commutable from Colchester, Braintree, Ipswich, Harwich, Halstead, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds.
