We're looking for a proactive Full Stack Software Engineer who loves solving complex problems and working across diverse technologies. What You'll Do

• Develop, enhance, and optimise features across web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with teammates and customers to shape new functionality
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code
• Review pull requests and uphold high engineering standards
• Prioritise and deliver multiple workstreams effectivelyTake ownership of your work, show initiative, and learn new technologies as needed
• Contribute positively to team culture and communication

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong commercial experience with Python and React
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, SQLAlchemy, or React Query is a plus
• Familiarity with AWS and Terraform is beneficial
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A growth mindset and a collaborative, problem-solving approach
