A well‑respected consultancy is looking for a talented Power Platform Developer to join their growing Digital Services team in London (hybrid). This is a great opportunity to work across multiple sectors ranging from finance all the way to health analytics, where you’ll be helping to design and deliver innovative digital solutions that make a real difference. This company is known for empowering its people to explore new technologies and shape how the business works. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas will be valued and your work will have real visibility.
You’ll play a key part in designing, building and maintaining business applications, workflows and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse to deliver scalable, data‑driven solutions that streamline processes and enhance decision‑making across the organisation. You’ll also get hands‑on with exciting integration projects such as connecting Power Platform solutions with APIs, internal systems and third‑party tools – while ensuring everything you build is secure, compliant and designed with long‑term support in mind. Day‑to‑day, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, present and demonstrate new solutions, mentor colleagues and contribute to the company’s ongoing digital transformation journey.
You’ll bring hands‑on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, along with a strong grasp of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus etc). You’ll be confident working with APIs, building responsive, user‑friendly applications and turning complex data into insight through Power BI. You need to be someone who can analyse business processes and translate them into practical digital solutions that make a difference. Communication is key as you’ll need to be able to explain technical ideas clearly to non‑technical audiences, manage multiple projects with ease and enjoy collaborating across teams. Above all, you’ll be proactive, curious and passionate about using technology and automation to drive real change.
It’s also advantageous if you have experience with Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio.
This is a role where you can make an impact by shaping digital solutions used across a business, working with modern Microsoft tech, and collaborating with smart, passionate people who genuinely love what they do. If you’re looking for variety, autonomy and the chance to take ownership of exciting Power Platform projects from end to end, this could be the one for you.
