This includes gathering and translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, overseeing data migration and system integration, and establishing best practices for user adoption and ongoing platform optimization. Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools and frameworks, including Lightning and CPQ.
• A solid understanding of database scripting languages such as MySQL, Apex, and VisualForce.
• Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and Apex coding standards.
• Proven experience in leading successful Salesforce implementations and delivering scalable, business-aligned solutions.
• Can work independently while collaborating effectively across teams, with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
