Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex electrical design projects with minimal supervision
- Produce sophisticated calculations, technical drawings and design solutions independently
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental specialists and CAD teams
- Manage project timelines and resource requirements strategically
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects and design team members
