One of a good clients of mine in Croydon area are now looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join their MEP department due to the growth of the company. They are a team of 30 employees and they offer a great opportunity to work on a variety of different sectors including commercial, educational and residential projects. • Assisting in the production of full building designs
• Client liaison and arranging of client meetings
• Assist in the management of project finances
• Development of Client relationships
• Specification writing
• Assisting with the appointing, coordinating and managing other consultants and contractors, both internally and externally

• Aptitude and/or experience of design software, such as Amtech, Dialux AutoCAD, Revit MEP as well as general Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Personal qualities: Well presented; Attention to detail; Logical thinker; Good communicator, both verbal and written; Proactive and organised
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound IT capability
• A recognised qualification in a relevant subject
• Good organisational skills
• Team player
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• AutoCAD essential
• Current, full clean driving license.
