Overview

Our clients area family–owned Building Services Engineering design consultancy which believes in a culture of collaboration, diligence, efficiency and sustainability.

They promote a team mentality, collaboratively trying to improve the team as effectively as possible, working on a variety of projects; however, the majority are residential developments and commercial office refurbishments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake electrical design calculations and drawings to support project work.
• Produce lighting calculations, cable calculations, containment calculations, control point schedules, and associated drawings/schematics.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelors or Master Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering living in or near to SE London/Greenwich area.
• Ideally familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux and Excel; however, you will be trained in these software tools and would need to be looking to learn and develop these skills.
