A leading data-driven media agency in the UK is seeking a Digital Planning Account Director to lead strategy and planning across performance-focused accounts. You will ensure effective campaign delivery while mentoring a team of planners and contributing to multi-channel growth strategies. Candidates should have over 6 years of digital planning experience and be skilled in media planning and performance strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-growth clients in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- 6 plus years' experience in digital planning, preferably from an agency environment.
- Strong background in media planning and digital performance strategy.
- Confident in translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Responsabilités
- Lead strategic digital planning and performance marketing activity across a portfolio of high-growth clients.
- Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring consistency in delivery, communication and campaign quality.
- Guide and mentor a team of planners, providing coaching, feedback and developmental support.
