Job Responsibilities

• Last Mile capacity planning : Creation of structured capacity plans on a 1-6 months time frame
• Last Mile Risk Mitigation : Monitor actual capacity to identify capacity risks and propose risk mitigation approaches
• Execution analysis : Analyze and understand gaps between plan and execution and work with relevant stakeholders to rectify gaps
• System and Process Optimization : Implement continuous improvement processes to constantly improve the quality of our last mile capacity
• Peak Planning : Create and coordinate the execution of peak capcity plans

Job Requirement

• Education : Bachelor's degree or higher;
• Experience in capacity planning, capcity controlling
• Proficient in Office software and solid data analysis and management skills.
• Possess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
