As a Technical & Audit Manager, you`ll prepare and manage our technical requirements for quality reviews,prepare cases for internal review, and provide details to clients both internally and externally.
Additionally, you`ll take responsibility for undertaking internal audits to include telephony and file reviews, highlighting trends, and providing training and technical referrals for the team.
You will also be responsible for the oversight and management of the claims reviews for high profile clients and cases so a focussed attention to detail is important – you will be responsible for the quality management, output and reporting of the team for liability, disputed proceedings, litigation and also be able to provide advice on complex loss claims.
The role also involves a reduced caseload of desktop claims for a high profile client.
