An excellent opportunity has arisen to work at the Royal Marsden Hospital to work within the Private Care Consultant Billing Team. The successful candidate should ideally have previous experience working with consultants within a private care environment. They should have a flexible approach to their duties and the ability to work both as part of the team as well as independently. In addition, you will have excellent communication, administrative and IT skills and be supportive and open to new initiatives.

To lead regular cross-department meetings to ensure that key risks or trends are identified and a remedial plan put in place to ensure service levels are maintained. They will also look to lead the strategic development to produce a means of improved communication across the service. To create and review the Consultant Dashboard and other monthly and annual reports to ensure accurate reporting is provided on consultant payment, invoice and debt activity. They will also maintain the consultant billing standard operating procedures and training guides ensuring they are adhered to. Further undertaking regular reviews of queries from billing errors and highlight any areas of training development.
Lead, plan, and implement service improvements to the billing process for consultants, enhancing their service fees and overall customer experience.
