Commercial Executive – The Compleat Food Group, Middlesbrough. Join our Commercial team in Middlesbrough. We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join our team in Middlesbrough.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team in delivering excellent service across customer accounts. This includes providing administrative support to the senior management team through analysis, data gathering and report writing.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm and Friday: 8:30am – 4pm

Key Duties, Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Preparing weekly reports
  • Promotion Management, Forecasting, and Analysis both Internally and Externally
  • Setting up and maintaining product information
  • Maintaining product forecasts across all lines, working with Supply Chain to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Attend Store visits as required to ensure that products are ranged correctly with a high level of availability, while seeking out newness and changes in stores
  • Manage processes with NPD
  • Support the organisation of customer meetings, visits and exhibitions and attend relevant customer meetings to grow your experience and enhance relationships
  • Monitor and challenge Customer service levels, communicating with all stakeholders
  • Pricing Management, ensuring systems are aligned with the correct costs
  • Co-ordinate samples and couriers
