A global telecommunications firm in London is seeking a technical services specialist to join their security team. This full-time role requires DV Security Clearance and involves delivering services and managing critical customer platforms. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you will be required to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) level Security Clearance ( https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/united-kingdom-security-vetting-clearance-levels/national-security-vetting-clearance-levels). An allowance of £5k per annum may be payable monthly while you hold this DV and continue to work in a role that requires that level of security clearance. The terms of this allowance will be made available if you are successful in being recruited into this role.

We help BT fulfil its global regulatory obligations, supported by our close relationship with customers coupled with our technical expertise and operations staff. We develop innovative service and technical teams that create, manage, and maintain innovative solutions to meet specific customer problems.
You will be part of a specialised team undertaking a full range of technical service duties including request fulfilment, incident management and proactive maintenance providing great customer service. The services we provide have a direct impact on the BT customers and therefore the ability to respond to short timescales with sensitivity and discretion is essential.
This job role is based in London. Onsite (5 days office based). Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You must be able to obtain DV Security Clearance in order to start this role. You will need to have lived in the UK for 10 years+ to obtain this.
