Customer & Sales Assistant (Mandarin‑Speaking)
Colchester
Permanent - 20 to 25 Hours per week

- Generate new business and convert inquiries into bookings for each academic year.
- Follow up with new applicants, making calls to capture information and drive conversions within set timescales.
- Utilize Yardi to effectively record and report inquiry levels.
- Manage applications from start to finish.
- Conduct virtual and physical viewings of the property.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs set by the accommodation manager.
- Maintain accurate records of applicants.
- Liaise with the marketing team and management to suggest suitable assets for driving business.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and produce actionable insights.
- Focus on the Chinese demographic, engaging with prospective residents via WeChat and Red.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar CRM systems.
- Ability to meet targets and work within set timescales.
- Utilize WeChat and Red for business engagement.
- Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
