Business Development Manager

Salary: 50000 - 100000

Location: Birmingham

Hybrid: In the office twice a week

About the Role

The company are medium sized luxury packaging organisation and the role is based in Birmingham.

The position is hybrid working which will require you to come into the office twice a week. The other three days will be either working from home or visiting client sites.

The salary for this role is fairly open and flexible the basic will range from 45000 to 100000 per annum.

Commission is based on a monthly target anything over target is 2% comms. With the current growth you are likely to be seeing anywhere from an additional 2k 5k each month.

We are ideally looking for someone who is looking to achieve being a Managing Director within the next 12 18months.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Ability to Thrive Under Pressure working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on delivering results.
• Strong ability to negotiate and close deals while keeping customer satisfaction and quality of service at the forefront.
• Technical knowledge of foiling / embossing / laminates Sold packaging finishing solutions.

This position best suits an established sales person with excellent customer skills whose sales technique is to always maximise profit and not by cutting costs.

Must have a Full UK Driving License for ease visiting clients.
