Our Women’s service in Cornwall is recruiting for a Recovery Worker to join them in providing high‑quality recovery care to a diverse client group. Your office base will be in central Truro. If you are an enthusiastic and creative individual who is passionate about changing people’s lives for the better, we’d love to hear from you.
This role has been designed to work specifically with women living across the county, with diverse and complex needs, to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships, and mental and emotional health. It will be a trauma‑informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi‑agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals.
As a Recovery Worker, we offer a starting salary of £25,000 per annum, which will rise each year in line with our pay progression salary bands to a maximum of £30,000 per annum.
