A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Security Operations/Deputy Manager to oversee the security services at Warrington and Halton. The role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with legislation, and delivering training. Candidates should have significant management experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 per annum.
Accountable to the Head of Security. The Security Operations/Deputy Manager will assist in compliance with the strategy and directions issued by the Head of Security. This incorporates the day to day coordination of Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's security service and its associated car park service. Delivering and facilitating training courses for other staff, to deliver the trusts clinical hold training/Physical intervention training.
