Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger to join our Finance Department at our Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full-time permanent basis. The role pays from I22 £29,487 to I25 £32,206 which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger

• Manage the college's financial records with a focus on the purchase ledger.
• Process supplier invoices and prepare outgoing payments in line with college financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure suppliers are paid promptly and accurately by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and reconciliation activities as required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to supplier invoices and payments.
