About the Role

We are seeking a motivated part qualified / finalist level Accountant to join a dynamic corporate finance team. This opportunity offers the chance to play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, embedding strong controls, and driving continuous improvement across international operations.

You’ll become a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, supporting month‑end close, audit compliance, and process enhancements while contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting across international legal entities.
• Support accounting activity and maintain robust systems of accounts and records.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audited financial statements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the Record to Report team.
• Provide support to senior finance leadership on a variety of tasks.
• Partner with regional finance and group accounting teams on reporting and compliance.

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) in final level (or close to, depending on experience).
• 3+ years' experience in finance roles, ideally within large, complex businesses.
• Proven track record in month-end close and financial analysis.
• Ideally experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach.
