As we ॥scale, we seek a dynamic FP&A Leader to drive financial strategy, operational efficiency, and commercial insight across the organisation.

Role Overview

This person will be a strategic partner to the Leadership Team, Board, and cross‑functional departments, ensuring accurate, compliant, and actionable financial insights. This role demands proven experience in a fast‑paced SaaS and Private Equity environment, including M&A and exit readiness. The successful candidate will influence company direction through data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring stakeholders understand key performance drivers and the levers for growth.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Own the annual budgeting process for 2026/27 and rolling forecasts.
  • Deliver actionable insights on revenue, profitability, and gross margin by product, region, and customer type.
  • Drive pricing strategies aligned with GTM objectives.
M&A and Integration Leadership
  • Lead all future M&A projects, including due diligence, PMI, and synergy realisation.
  • Oversee integration of acquired products, staff, systems, and processes.
Cross‑Functional Business Partnering
  • Sales: Manage commission structures, capacity planning, pipeline analysis, and target alignment.
  • People Ops: Partner with CPO on*>:: headcount planning, HRIS budgeting, and recruitment forecasting.
  • Marketing: Monitor monthly spend, budget initiatives, and attribution modelling.
  • Development & Support: Analyse project ROI, vendor costs, and cloud infrastructure forecasting (AWS/Azure).
Board & Investor Reporting
  • pañsure quarterly Board Packs, MOR deliverables, and deep dives on performance metrics.
  • Ensure covenant compliance and banking relationship reporting.
AI & Automation Enablement
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering on data strategy, dashboards, and predictive analytics for revenue and cost optimisation.
  • Implement AI‑driven forecasting models and automated reporting tools to enhance accuracy and speed.
Change Management & Systems
  • Drive adoption of new finance systems (Expense Management, CRM, Payroll) and automation initiatives.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Mentor and coach estudos FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Proven FP&A leadership experience in SaaS/PE‑backed businesses with ARR > $50M.
  • Strong M&A and integration expertise, including exit preparation.
  • Advanced financial modelling and data analytics skills; experience with AI‑driven tools preferred.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and BI platforms; automation experience highly desirable.
