The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction activities and ensuring compliance with specifications. Responsibilities include workforce coordination and overseeing project timelines and safety. This role requires a deep understanding of FRC construction methods and complex project environments.

The Site Manager / Project Manager will lead the safe and efficient delivery of reinforced concrete and heavy civil engineering projects. This includes planning, programming, commercial awareness, stakeholder coordination, and technical oversight from early works through to handover. The position requires a detailed understanding of FRC construction methodologies, temporary works, groundworks, structures, interface management, and working within complex, high-risk environments.

- Lead delivery of FRC and heavy civils scopes on time, safely and to specification.
