- Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid at Work certifications.

- Experience delivering projects across education, healthcare, or commercial sectors.
- Background in design-and-build or framework delivery.
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and social value initiatives.
