Peterhouse School is seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled School Site Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day management, maintenance, health and safety and security of the school premises. This is a key role ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

As a Site Manager, you will have experience in site management, caretaking or will have worked in a previous similar role. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. You will have the ability to work independently, be responsible in supervision of DIY and repairs delegating tasks to the Handyperson. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to working hours with strong communication and organisational skills.

The Site Manager will take the lead in the following areas

• Supervision of Handyperson
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance
• Health and Safety
• Security of premises
• Repairs and Maintenance
• School vehicles fleet
