Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor – London

£70,000 – £90,000 + package

An established and respected cost consultancy is seeking a talented Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in London.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects, partnering closely with developers, landlords, and private clients. You’ll be joining a consultancy known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the cost management process on complex projects from inception to completion.
• Acting as a key client contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Managing and mentoring junior team members.
• Providing strategic advice on procurement, contracts, and value management.
• Overseeing financial reporting, cost planning, and project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• MRICS qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering residential or commercial schemes in London.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent commercial acumen.
