Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or experience in Quantity Surveying or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Measurement and take-offs with proficiency in Bluebeam.
• Assist with cost estimating, budgets, and costs-to-complete.

• Prepare end-of-month valuations and applications for payment.
• Conduct site reporting and maintain communication with clients.
